Kaduna State gives out School Feeding Programme forms
All vendors seeking to participate in the Kaduna State School Feeding Programme can pick their application forms online and from government offices across the state.A government statement said that access to the forms is free, and any interested vendor should fill and submit.
A statement signed by Samuel Aruwan, Special Assistant to the Governor (Media and Publicity), said that the forms are now available for download on www.kdsg.gov.ng. Arrangements are being made to ensure that hard copies of the School Feeding vendor forms can also be collected from government offices and public locations across the state.
Copies of the School Feeding Vendor Form will be available from Monday for interested vendors to pick for free at the entrance of Government House, office of the Secretary to the State Government, Ministry of Women Affairs, Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Local Government and some radio stations in the state.
The government statement reminded all public servants that the state government had since 2015 prohibited the sale of all government forms in the state.
“All official forms are free, and it is illegal for anybody to sell or restrict access to them.
“The deadline for the submission of completed forms by potential school feeding vendors has been extended by two weeks to enable every interested person to apply. All vendors are encouraged to use this opportunity appropriately.
“Government also wishes to acknowledge the efforts of interested food vendors from Igabi local government who brought issues relating to access to the forms to is attention.Members of the public are encouraged to report any instance where government forms are hoarded or sold or when access to them is made unduly difficult.”
