Pray for Nigeria, Orji tell Muslims

The immediate past Governor of Abia State and Senator representing Abia Central District at the National Assembly, Chief Theodore Orji has urged Muslims to use the period of E’id-ul-Maulud to pray for the betterment of the nation.

In his message to Muslims on the occasion of E’id ul Maulud, Orji urged them to use the period to also pray for Nigerian leaders.

In a statement issued on Sunday by his Media Adviser, Don Norman Obinna, Senator Orji also reminded them to emulate the exceptional personality of Prophet Muhammad who was the reason for the E’id ul Maulud celebration.

“Knowing what Eid ul Maulud represents, our Muslim brothers should use the occasion therefore to pray for innovative ideas that will enable us break new grounds that the world would take notice of and celebrate the same way it celebrates the birth of Prophet Muhammad”, Orji said.
